Does anyone know how to pull from a 2004 Pontiac GTO? (Which cable/other vehicle cable that would match the pins)

Coverage for Holden only goes back to 2007 MY. It is my understanding that the 2004 Pontiac GTO was a rebadged Holden Monaro, and that they stopped making this model in 2006 MY. I suspect that you are out of luck.
