What reasons would there be for there to be incorrect data (speed 0 MPH, 0 RPM, brake switch "Off", driver and passenger "Unbuckled" when one was buckled).
The report indicates YES - Event Recording Complete.
a) Engine stall prior to crash?
b) Battery disconnected following crash?

Can you post a sanitized version of the report? That would help identify the problem. If the event record is complete, you don't have a power failure situation. The battery being disconnected following a crash won't do it either.
