Antifreeze Fluorescents and UV Light

Post by Danny »

I've read a few online"sources" speaking of UV lights being used during reconstruction for illuminating antifreeze splash direction and using that to aid in determining impact configurations. I cannot find any SAE/published papers, or even materials outlining this method for use in the field. It's not without it's novelty, but I'd like to find more details regarding it, in the even it could be implemented into my scene analysis.

Have anyone used/heard of this technique. Does anyone know where I could locate information on its process or technique?

Thanks,

Dan :geek:
