Hello! I just joined the forum. First, excuse my English, I'm Portuguese.
Two years ago my daughter had an accident. She was 24 years old. The insurer considered she guilty because she did not have priority. However my daughter says the other car (Audi) came out of hand. My daughter had passed the intersection when the Audi collided with her. My daughter spent two months in the hospital and problems for the future. I do not resign myself, and not give up. I took pictures of the accident, and the crash site.
Two years have passed, but it's like it was yesterday.
A mother never gives up. Can anyone help me? Please.
Best regards
Júlia

Julia,
In your daughter's crash, it appears that her Opel turned left across the Audi's path and I suspect that is what the insurer has concluded.
I am only familiar with our traffic rules, so I don't know if it makes any difference if the Audi was traveling over the center line.
Are you asking if the evidence shows the Audi was over the center line?
