Accident Recon Software / Surveying Hardware Advice

Post by CrashRecon6183 » Mon Jun 19, 2017 6:25 pm

I am new to this forum, so if something has already been posted about this then I apologize in advance.

I am curious what everyone on here uses for their Accident Reconstruction software along with what (if any) surveying equipment is recommended (Total Station, GPS, etc..)

Before making any investments into new hardware or software, I wanted to get some advise from professionals. Thanks in advance for any insight. Take care.

My department uses the Topcon PS series total station with Magnetfield for the data collector. For the diagramming software, we use FARO HD. They work well for us although FARO is doing away with FARO HD.
