2021 Ford Expedition download problem with Version 24.3

2021 Ford Expedition download problem with Version 24.3

I attempted to image a RCM on a 2021 Ford Expedition today via the DLC using Version 24.3 of the CDR software and each time I would get a "No communication with module. Please check DLC cable or cable to module" message. I used the appropriate adapters as indicated in the "Supported Vehicles" page. Since I couldn't image the data from the DLC, I decided to connect direct to the module and image the module. I got the same message as my attempts with the DLC download. After three attempts or getting the error message after "Pass 3," I decided to reprogram the CAN. I reprogrammed the CAN and I still was got the error message after "Pass 3." I decided to install an older version (Version 23.2) and try a fourth time. After installing the older version and reprogramming the CAN, I was able to image the module.

I wanted to post this in case someone else was having problems with the 2021 Ford Expedition. The new version of the software will NOT download the 2021 Ford Expedition.
