2014 Ford Fusion Driver Safety Belt Status

Hi there... reviewing a CDR file for a 2014 Ford Fusion in which the driver safety status shows as "DEFAULT" rather than belt/buckled/on.... Nothing in the data limitations about it.. Any advice on what that means?
